Heart with Garnet Stone - Pewter Trinket Box

This gorgeous and detailed heart-shaped pewter keepsake box has a striking red garnet stone in the middle.

Hearts are a symbol of love, but also vulnerability and the traditional heart shape has long been used as a symbol of a human being’s spiritual, emotional and moral care.

Garnets are the birthstone for January and also celebrate the 2nd anniversary of marriage. Their deep red colour resembles pomegranate seeds and the name “garnet” actually comes from the Latin word “Garanatus,” meaning “seed like”.
