There are other Spitfire cufflinks out there but we haven't seen any that have correctly captured the iconic wing shape of this stunning plane. These have been vetted by both RAF personnel and historians and have passed with..."flying colours"! (Glover & Smith supply various RAF WW2 sites and Churchill's Home at Chartwell with their Spitfire cufflinks).
Each pewter Spitfire has a wingspan of 29mm (1.2”)
Each pair of spitfire cufflinks are packaged in a presentation gift box
Glover and Smith cufflinks are handmade from solid polished lead-free pewter which is non-tarnishing (that was the lead in old pewter) and are guaranteed nickel-free and allergen friendly. Each cufflink is on a high quality silver plated swivel bar fitting.
To clean (if ever needed) just wash with warm soapy water and occasionally use a silver cloth on the silver mechanisms.
